- Substance hunting is passed on from generation to generation. These two sisters got to do their first hunts together, with mom and dad proudly observing from the back.

Rudolph Stephan, owner of Duduma Safaris guided both girls toward their Blesbucks. Each girls will have a pile of biltong and droëwors to snack on, but the most important is that their father could be with them, passing on the tradition.
Towards the end of the video you'll see the traditional Afrikaner inaugurating which each new hunter has to go through.

OMG! I don’t understand a word of German(?), but I totally understand joy and the joy of first blood! What a great family hunt and a fantastic group of young women to go on such an intrepid adventure. The dad clearly had as much (no,..much more fun) watching his daughters hunt than hunting himself. I totally enjoyed your experience and loved watching the girls answer the ‘Horn’ of the hunter!

Great video and they seem like a nice family! I think it's important to teach our youth to get off their electronics for a while and just enjoy each other and being outdoors. One of my favorite aspects of hunting is turning off the electronics and being quiet. We dont get that much in our busy world. Great quality video again Martin.
I agree on all of that, thank you for the comment. They are a great family. Very respectful of each other. It was a lot of fun to film. I still had my electronics on though, had to keep the camera rolling haha.

Did not know that. I hear it is fairly easy to learn. Is that true?
Apparently it's one of the more difficult languages to learn, if you are an English speaker. I won't know, luckily I know it already 😁
I have silencers as well for hunting :) save your hearing because permanent is hearing damage :) I got a silencer for shotguns too but need to get adapters :) for big game I got a 338 Lapua caliber silencer :)
And also less stress on other animals when the shot goes off.

I always wear those headsets also, have my camera plugged so I can hear the recording quality
@@AfricanSunProductions I guess those would fit on helmets do you use NODS as well (Night vision) and thermal scopes? I got a Thermal Scope for predator hunting but have not used it yet. In the USA most night time predator hunters that are serious about their sport they wear military Kevlar Mitch style helmets because you can mount NODS and use COMS to talk to your hunting buddies. It is usually nice set ups with batteries mounted on back of helmet but not $50,000 US NV just maybe GEN II $2,000 to 3,000 US NV is what most guys use on their helmets and thermal scopes for hunting. I think that setup would be great for hunting in your country with lions and jackals about :) wow that would be fun :)
Interestingly enough I like South African Galil R8's and am getting one built for myself for hunting close in coyotes :)

Ich weiß nicht wie alt die Mädchen waren, aber Kinder auf Tiere schließen zu lassen finde ich nicht gut und zu lachen nachdem man ein Tier getötet hat finde ich unpassend.

Ja, sie sind alle Afrikaans. Ich stimme zu, dass man die Tiere respektieren sollte. Das Lachen danach ist keine Respektlosigkeit, sondern Freude und Erleichterung darüber, dass sie eine gute Jagd hatten. Es ist ein großer Druck, sein erstes Tier zu erlegen. Sie waren alle sehr respektvoll und haben die Erfahrung genossen.
