- I TOOK A PRIVATE PLANE WITH A FRENCH CANADIAN PILOT BACK TO VANCOUVER ISLAND!
In this video with Brett and Butter, we start by going for a beautiful forest and mountain trek on Texada Island. Mt. Davies was an awesome hike, and beautiful way to see Bret's Canadian home. From there, we play a little disc golf, hang around with Butter at the house, and then end up heading to the airport. I had no clue until a few days ago there was an airstrip on Texada Island. This was such a wonderful experience being able to fly with Sylvain and Marilou back to the Comox Airpark!

I had a marathon watching the videos I missed since you left Cateel. I’ve been away too. So many beautiful moments and made me emotional like your trip to Dubai, back to Canada to see your family and WOW! reunion with Bret and Butter! Amazing! Good to see you back together again even if it’s only for a short period of time. That was a fun game. What a great experience for you on that plane so awesome! I’m jealous. Kulas was so lucky to ride a private plane of Seri Vaughn from Texada Island to Comox Valley in 15 minutes. He's always the luckiest man on earth. .. But an emotional hug by Kulas and Butter, a tears-dropping scene. Texada Island by Bret as the guide is one of the best islands in the world.

Cool brings back so many memories. I first soloed an airplane at Giles Bay ( 1984). The instuctor and and I flew from Qualicum to Texada. We landed and he got out , to my shock he told me to take off and do a curcuit. I took off and was flewing around the top of the airpot at 1000ft. He radioed me and said you are supposed to land hahaha. I was a lttle scared but came around and landed. We both laughed, I don't know what I was thinking , fly around all day ? LOL. And the litte Comox Strip was grass back then. After I got my License, I used to fly from Port Alberni and land at the Comox grass strip . Then park and walk a short distance to the Pub lol. We would have lunch at The Whistle Stop where the owner only hired blonde waitresses. I was told that Pamela Anderson worked there before going to Hollywood . I laugh at you and Bret and your goofy antics, it reminds me of my old friends in Canada. Amping pirme , oh have you started to speak bisaya by accident in the stores and they look at you like you are an alien HAHAHA
Brett's home island Texada, is comparable to Batanes , Jomalig , Lubang Island of PHL , the serenity & simplicity of life. Next time Brett you visit PHL , visit this islands.

I just gave my wife a geography lesson on Canada and USA. She is from the Philippines living in Michigan USA and amazed how big Canada is. She also got a history lesson on British and French rule over the USA and Canada. I showed her how many places were under the French like Detroit.
A friend of a friend was in town (from Finland) . She asked me for direction to Victoria so she can deliver a gift to someone. I offered to mail it for her. She was shocked when I told her it was 4 hour plane ride away or 2 day's drive away from Central Canada. We are used to long drives here.
@@aliasmarg8ta127 When I picked up my wife for the first time in the USA at Detroit Metro Airport she was amazed we had 90 miles to drive home and I said we would be home in Hour twenty minutes. She could not believe we were driving at 80 MPH at one point on wide-open expressway.
Texada and Comox seems to be an idyllic place to live in. It's so beautiful and peaceful! Such a great reunion with Brett and Butter!

It seems just like yesterday you, Brett and Butter were stuck in the house during pandemic. Your visit to Texada Island was so brief but fun. The small plane ride was awesome! The views were amazing and amount of time it saved you --wow!
2 crazy buddies plus a cool Betty mama and a butter sweet dog who misses Kulas and Philippines , and I guess butter wants Kulas to stay a bit more and go home with him in Pinas , hehehe. Philippines is still butter’s home and where his heart is , second to Bret’s!! That plane is a fun ride Kulas, what a sweet and loving couple to give you a ride k owing gas is super pricey. Invite them both next time to your house for a special lunch meal with your parents Kulas, they’re very kind! It is super expensive to fly anywhere now that gas is significantly high ,
but you are special to them, sana all!! 🇵🇭 🐕 👨 👨 texada island and comox guy🏝 What a fun reunion! Next time Kulas bring to texada island a huge bag of pasalubong groceries worth $200 with veggies fruits meat and fish coffee milk sugar herbs spices bread cakes desserts 50eggs and everything else …..and invite Brett Betty butter to comox for 3-4 days stay to enjoy your place as well- where every few walks is restaurants coffeeshops stores etc….build fun memories that both families will cherish forever more!! 🥳🙏🇵🇭🐕🍳☕️🥚🏝🌴🥳😄🍵😎
