    This suddenly showed up in my recommended, and I somehow missed it!
    The interesting part is that being Norwegian I grew up with the Swedish versions of these themes from time to time. And it's also so weird listening to Swedish Joel, because I can understand him when he's speaking English and Swedish. That's the bilingual power, right there! Thank you for translating it too, so that everyone can enjoy it!

    Jag längtar o se vad Joel tänker göra för sin nästa (2021) April April svensk stream. De blir mest mer underhållande om man är en svensk själv, men även då så är han ändå en legend och kan lätt kallas för herr "GRAND DAD"

    I'm not Swedish but I like watching continuity clips from Swedish TV occasionally and thanks to this video I have a better understanding of what it's like to watch those clips in their original context. It seems that much of these 90s programs that Joel likes were broadcast on SVT1 and SVT2 - wasn't TV4 the more popular channel in the 90s?

    • @SwedFoLife
      @SwedFoLife  3 года назад +2

      Well you're very welcome! Also, I think that TV4 was a bit more popular during the 90s. Though I'm not so sure as I didn't grow up during that time.

    I know it's been said before multiple times here, but it's a strange but good thing to hear him speaking entirely in Swedish, and another thing is that he's so strangely without an accent when speaking English. I'm from Canada and there is nothing about his voice that doesn't sound like just some guy.
