8:47 you should have switched left and right side bracket so that the pin still goes through the top. With the E clip on top, like you have, there is a high risk of you popping it off with your foot and becoming a safety issue....
does this apply to their dirt bikes as well, looks like it almost an identical setup. BTW Im pretty sure under that rubber boot is a nut that you would use to adjust the free play. pretty sure you could have just put a wrench on that nut. Nevermin. went into the garage and looked. the dirt bike brake pedals are different
There wasn't a nut under that boot. I wasn't adjusting "free play" in the pedal, it was the pedal being about 2 inches lower than it needed to be which forced me to actually take my foot off the peg to reach it.
that last part that read "nevermind, went into the garage and looked. dirt bike brake pedals are different" meant that everything I said before that was irrelevant.
Do you think the original Duke 690R sets from the same year can be fitted to the standard duke 690? Product number is 7600393704433 ktmsklep.pl/image/product/04bbbf2c22ca345571.jpg they are higher and in a much much better position for track riding and any kind of sporty activity.
Motorable i have a 2014 duke white i replaced with cheep ebay levers and now my brake light is in all the time i think i dropped a pice if i sent you pics of my front brake light switch and housing wondering if we got all the same stuff . its hard for me to explain

Huge help! Thank you!
Good job mate, got exactly the same issue, and also on the gears. Will be doing this for sure. Love the elevator music BTW :D

hey, What are those Nike's called? thanks
Look a bit like Flyknits?
Yep Nike Roshe One Flyknits. Ridiculously comfortable.
That's so funny cuz I had the same issue with these rear brakes. So uncomfortable
Somehow they set up most bikes like this. Really uncomfortable. Thanks for watching!
Peg in opposit way doesn't look safely but thanks for video, I gonna use your adjestment tutorial ;)
inozbik it's completely safe. This procedure is in the owners manual.
Motorable how long do you ride like this?
inozbik I've had them this way for two and a half months. Brake position is way better since this raises the pegs 👍🏼
Motorable well, you're right! Nice, this lock ring doesn't look reliable but is has to, if manual also permit such change. Thanks one more time 👌
