    Such an amazing interview, really enjoyable! I feel he is a very informed and smart CEO and to innovate in the branding of a chocolate according to gen z is quite difficult

    Generation Z has the internet and once they become health-conscious then they won't buy candy anymore. If they pass that onto their kids, friends, and family then brands like these will have a huge decline in sales.

      Mars Food gives healty food which would replace that and besides, health-consicous does not mean you do not want to enjoy your chocolate. Just like he said, gen Z is looking for a premium product and an experience.
