Sometimes problem can arise due to internal GPU also in Intel.
1. Go to device manager and uninstall the intel UHD driver
2. Update the internal GPU driver
3. Go to search bar and type : intel graphics command center
4. Go to system > Power
5. Turn off the panel self refresh option ,in both on battery and plugged in modes
6. Restart and check

thanks, this was a great help! my screen has been flickering for well over 2 months, and it was hurting my eyes, the third option was a little sketchy, since my dashboard suddontly changed quite a bit, but it worked and now my system runs smooth as ever

My Laptop screen is acting weird... Taskbar isnt showing, screen blanks for 1/2 seconds after every 2-3 seconds. After that everything starts from the beginning. I mean I'm not able to use any kind of apps or settings...
Then I used method 1... Uninstalling quality features didnt work, but then i go for the second option which restore laptop to the previous version . Now its working well...

I have a problem in my asus laptop, in the taskbar flashing and getting dark colors about 2 inches on taskbar, while the weather is cold, if I move the laptop on hot place then automatically the black colors removed from taskbar, do you know what's the problem. Thanks

Firstly im not a professional, this is how i solved, do this at your own risk.
If you have a pending update, updating it may solve the problem. To do this, ctrl alt delete and click on the icon at the bottom right, then make the update, I solved it this way.
