Within Temptation 2024: Sharon den Adel about their song about the war in Ukraine

The support for Ukraine goes so far that singer Sharon den Adel traveled to Kyiv in a covert operation overnight to record a song with the ukrainian producer Alex Yarmak. In our exclusive ROCK ANTENNE interview, she tells us all about the venture and where the earnings of the song are going to: a project called Music Saves UA, a non-profit fundraising initiative created to provide immediate humanitarian help in Ukraine.

Ukraine just defended its land. rusia did the bombing, invasion of sovereign country, which was proved by other countries. we were living happily at nice houses beofre, and now my city is destroyed, my neigboures are killed because of rusia. There is no way someone can "help" another by destroying homes
