Thanks so much for this video!! I am also currently in a similar situation I've always been skinny but in the past year I gained so much weight due to doing online college for the first time. Your tips are very helpful and I am glad you talked about having a healthy and slow transition into losing weight!

I'm glad I could relate! It's always a challenge when you first experience things, but don't let that change define you!

OMG!!! I haven't finished the video but i had to hop in to say that i relate to being skinny my whole life, almost underweight even. And i had a MASSIVE appetite so i ate a lot without giving it a second thought. Then when i was around junior to senior year (about 15-16 years), I realized i gained a lot of weight and some fat on my belly but mostly on my love handles and thighs(about 18in in size now). I have a pretty small frame so I'm like 50-51kg, which may not seem like a lot but i dont really feel great. I lost weight last year from 110 to 98lbs but i fell behind these past few months and I'm kinda back where i started. But i am getting back on track and this time making sustainable changes. Thank you so much!!

yes! especially to sustainable changes for your health! It's not a problem to gain a few pounds here and there because that's just life but to make sure you feel good about yourself 💖

amaaaazing video!! love the content, the editing and how easy it is to understand. I love what you said about having a scale at home, because same, it's so easy to check everyday and get stuck in the same cycle of feeling frustrated over and over. I'm also not a calorie-counting person, it just ruins the happiness of living my life for me, so i felt soooo reassured when you mentioned it's also something you don't like.
Personally, this is the first video I've found that I really really relate to, as someone who's always been skinny, and recently has gained a bit of weight.
I've always been around 47kg, but I recently weighed myself after a long time and realized I've gotten up to 51kg. After that, i also realized it's mostly lower belly fat. I still can't wrap my mind around how i have lost control.
Love how I didn't feel pressured or rushed to lose weight while watching your video, and you just explained everything beautifully, and reassured me that a slow transition is okay and that it's healthy. Thank you so much for this video!!!
pls pls pls make a video on what workouts you did to lose weight and how you decided which areas to work on each day. Also, it would be great if you could show workouts that you can do from home without any equipment that would still give you the same results.
    Thank you

I'm glad you enjoyed it :) when it comes to working out, I like it when I follow someone else's plan 😅 I'm currently using Shirlyn Kim's workout plan which is more pilates and the typical at home workouts. If you want to do something a bit more intense, I personally like the app Ladder (subscription) because they literally just tell me what to do and make the weekly split plan for me!
      Hopefully this helps!!

@@alicehchooI’ll watch this everyday to be inspired. I can’t do calorie deficit, intermittent fasting and other type of diets. The only thing that I can do is be mindful of what I eat and limit my portion. I’m so glad that I’ve found your video bec it shows that it’s possible to go back to my normal weight this way. Idc if it takes a while as long as it’s sustainable (I also need to lose 20lbs) I hope you can also show us what you normally eat in a day or in a week. ❤
