Could you please figure out the new Cue Pro? I need help figuring out how to increase the print size on the guide, etc. I deleted the old download and wished I could return to the old one, but I assume the download is no longer available.

Do you know if by using Firestick lite the format is completely different than Firestick 4K max? Or has there been a recent update? I just set up a Firestick lite for a friend and his CUE format is waaaay different than my 4K max. It almost looks archaic like how it looks on the phone.
They have upgraded to CuePro and the format is different. They will also be coming out with an update to that soon as well but the buffering issues are less and the people that have it seen to like it. I haven't upgraded mine yet, waiting for the updates. Any new installs are in CuePro automatically.

I’ve been searching all over for this answer. I bought one firestick to see if I liked it and the setup is like these videos, which I’ve finally become comfortable with. I bought a second firestick for another tv and it looks like the mobile display. It’s very hard to navigate, I really hope an update is coming soon. It’s terrible.
I really hope they revert back to the previous format. The CuePro is really archaic looking and clunky. It constantly buffers. The previous version was so much smoother and modern looking. Plus the customizations were way better. I'm having to use my old Fire TV Cube so I can use the old app. My new Cube only supports the CuePro. Do you happen to know if there is any progress on the new CuePro?
@@roseandcross I know they are working on things and are listening to feedback from everyone regarding the changes. There are lots I like with Cue2 and some things with CuePro. Maybe they can take the best from both.
@@photopro01 how can we add back all our favorites such as saved movies and TV shows painlessly? I’ve added them back twice which is a pain. That’s a huge negative for me.
Have you run a download test on your internet? There are several you can use. We have Cox and are on 500mbs download speed however it tests at right around 286mbs. I spoke to Cox and they said we have 26 devices all drawing on our router. This includes, surround sound speaker systems with a wireless receiver and speakers in 2 locations, outdoor speakers, printer, phones, security cameras etc. This draws on your download speeds. So you need a min. Of 50mbs to run Cue Streaming. Do a test, check your speeds and take off devices you don't need on wifi if you need to improve the download speeds or contact your internet provider and ask them to check and walk you through it. I hope this helps.
Wow you have to do all that to update the guide? With my iptv service all i have to do is go to settings and click update guide and wait for it to populate
Well this is an older video. Now that's all you have to do with Cue as well. While watching a channel select the center of the black button, scroll down to settings, source, update. That's it. We've had this since June and LOVE it!! They are also going to have the Cue ap in the Google play store and Apple. Launch date is slated for next week. If you decide to enroll please use my link. In Cue go into settings, Playlist, find the old Playlist, highlight it, delete it. It take a bit and then it will be gone
How do you know when there is a playlist update? If I hadn’t found your video, I wouldn’t have known about CUE2.
