Daniel day lewis avoids the limelight and lives a normal life raising three boys..This enables him to pick and choose his projects...The GOAT and it's not even close...
Can't wait to see it in its entirety! One of the best things about DDL being in Lincoln is that he's been much more available for events like this and we get to hear him talk about his work and himself. He's so engaging and charming and absolutely adorable. Watch interviews with him when he was first starting out and watch him now and he's got the same smile, the same shyness, the same twinkle in his eye. Just amazing.

Really??? Hard to tell. You have been really quiet recently.
I hate to say this but every actor I have seen go up against DDL has automatically looked out of place. Very very few can keep up with him. He's always miles ahead of them and I'm sure they go to extreme lengths to try and figure him out to no avail. The actresses tend to stand their ground much better. This is arguably Sally Field's best work and Michelle Pfeiffer was definitely snubbed by the Oscars for Age of Innocence back in '93.

Sally is so interesting herself imo Burt Reynolds insisted she was sexy and wanted her in Smokey and the Bandit so she can do comedy though I think she was great especially in Norma Rae won an Oscar in 79 it's about workplace unions sort of a different true slavery story.
