No free parks has them however in Brooklyn a gym called ferox has the barz and they outside in the back of the gym

Bro .. stop pulling punches calisthenics athletes are stronger .. calisthenics is pure strength training.. tell the guy that bench 315 .. put the plates on their backs and push up .. won’t happen .. we functional with ours .. theirs is circus only .. and hybrid athletes cheat cause the reps not in them .. WEIGHTS ARE A CHEAT .. we carry extra weight for resistance.. weight vest etc .. adding to our Own & carrying it .. they can’t carry their own weight .. if you weight 200 lbs why you touching weights 🤷🏾♂️.. I’m 57 I’ve lifted .. it’s ego .. calisthenics is ALL WORK

Stop the cap bro. When you are doing pushups you are only doing 64% of your bodyweight. Dips, now that is different. They are 91.4% of your bodyweight.
