Would it be possible to slow down the final of the finished move a little further,then perhaps a slower mo of how to incorporate into a short flow... Like a slow mo of the entire short flow?
First of all, Btwist aka butterfly twist is a basic 360* twist combined with a butterfly kick so you should kick high first and then wrap&twist: The only way you can twist complete horizontal is by performing a butterfly kick and then simply adding a twist. When you do it, you twist almost vertical and not parallel to the ground because you don't kick well and you don't dip your body when you start twisting. Secondly, for those who are watching this tutorial let me give an advice to you, BTWIST is a TRY ERROR MOVE SO THOSE EXERCISE WILL NEVER HELP YOU WITH A BTWIST AND IT WILL NOT IMPROVE IT , AS I SAID ITS A TRY ERROR MOVE THE ONLY WAY YOU CAN ACHIEVE THIS IS BY ATTEMPTING IT .
