Great video! I will follow the recipe this Christmas 👍
Looks delicious
I just found your channel from the Hasselback potato video. Your recipes seem very modular and easy to switch up. As a fussy eater I love that I can easily swap ingredients. Those potatoes... I HAVE to try that!
It's great to have you back! I was wondering if you were going to give us a holiday recipe. This looks and sounds delicious. I will definitely try this recipe for my Christmas dinner... Thanksgiving day has already passed here in the US (Florida).
Thanks Chef!! 💕💕

I was looking for a good cooking channel and think I have found it.. I have heard you Brits know how to put on the feed bag.. and man o man do you.. I made the mistake of watching this before dinner.. now my mouth is watering my stomach is screaming and I can't type fast enough to get out to the kitchen.. Well done son.. you are now my own personal chef.. Brilliant.. Ta..

Where did you get the gravy from? Like the idea of how it was cooked but you didn’t say about gravy although you pored some on ? Sue
Going to start my turkey at 10 am then let it rest for a couple of hours whilst I get on with the other trimmings and pud
What happens if you break the skin?

Yes it’s Nick
Here I go again
Bacon, not panchetta. Butter, not Willow.
Sorry looks dry
Even for Turkey it looks really dry. I don't think I'll be following this.
Louisa Hodges : At 14 mins he said it was “lovely and moist”, so all is well. I think the camera made it look a bit drier than it really was.
Fantic1980 the problem is cooking it uncovered for the first half. Uncover it for the last 30-40 min.
Yorkshire pudding has no place beside a roast Turkey! Much like baked beans on a breakfast. 🥴
I’ve always heard that yorkshire go with roast beef but every Christmas food guide mentions yorkshire puds now
Yorkshire pudding with all roasts, homemade with beef and deffo beans with breakfast now and again
Julie your either wrong or southern
Yorkshire belongs with every roast, makes it an extra special meal. 😊🇨🇦
