Great Job! Buicks are my favorite. Nice to see one cleaned up and on a stand - sounds awesome too 👍

It’ll be sat in Mark’s 1965 Buick Skylark after a few heat cycles and health check. The 65 is the one we’re putting together for him to take to Sick Week to race in January.
He also owns a 68 Skylark with a Tomahawk big block Buick, with a Procharger, we finished up last year.

    Beautiful workmanship.
I have a 86’ Buick that would look great with that engine

FYI: It is possible, and most desirable to set your initial timing EXACTLY during the building of the engine, this will allow easier first start of the engine so you dont have to look like a rookie by turning the distributor by hand when cranking for initial fire. 10 degrees BTDC initial is a good start and will provide instant fire provided the float bowl/s are pre-filled with fuel, two full strokes of the throttle with full accel.pump shot if your using the choke properly, or four full squirts with no choke. With this method, it will "WHAM" in less than one sec of hitting the starter button!
