Goddamn, what a song. I was 14 years old, listening to this in my room. I was bullied pretty badly and suffered from some pretty serious depression at the time. This album was one of the things that changed my life. Music became my therapy. It became my outlet for frustration, pain, creativity, joy, and so much more. I count this album, and this song in particular, as a huge reason why I was able to pick myself up from where I was and soldier ahead. Thank you, Incubus, for giving us such good, meaningful music. ❤️
