I have the same MS400, but I need to calibrate it. Do you have a calibration procedure fro this unit?

Not yet, I think it can be calibrate through manufacturer only.

Will this work if I connect it to a Lifepak 15 to simulate arrhythmias?

This simulator only shows ECG simulation, not work energy delivery device as well.
