I’m moving to the Tampa area in 6 months from Central Virginia and I decided to rent for the first 6 months before buying. However, I am worried that the average price will grow to above 600000 which is well out of my range of max $550000. I’ve never lived in Florida, only visited. Should I give up so much time to rent first or jump in the home buying market from the beginning? ( I love your videos btw! They are very informative and have been beneficial in my decision making process)
Great question. Honestly, I think your playing roulette with both interest rates and prices. Each market is very localized but we are still up 8% YOY. I'd be happy to connect and discuss your goals. (813) 261-3540
I’ve been wondering, is it ever a pain for people that live in Tampa to reach the beach? Does the traffic ever get overbearing going across those bridges that people decide to not make the trip for the beach?
hi my husband is in the military and he is going to retire next year and we are thinking moving to tampa. we are looking for options so far we are think wesly chapel and citrus park but we have never been there. my question is, is too early to start looking for areas? would it be good to wait more in advance to start seeing house? i am interrested for new construction. and i am looking for a good high school for my son. wha do you recommend me?

None of these areas can compare to Hallandale beach Florida and Hollywood Florida.❤
I'm considering Tampa and don't know much about the different neighborhoods, I really appreciate your content!
You’re welcome.

Is there house near to USF?
Yes, there are lots of homes in the area.

It depends on where you live. Downtown Tampa to the beach is about 45 minutes.

I got your text, I’ll connect there.
Any new construction under $250k, anywhere in florida, like new townhome,
I’m sure there is somewhere, just not Tampa Bay right now.
But you did not address the biggest issue in Clearwater: Scientology!
Because it’s not an issue. I’ve lived here 4 years and never been approached about it. And even if I was, I’m still allowed to say no.
You spelled St. Petersburg wrong in your graphic. There’s no ‘h’ at the end.
Great catch. Thank you
don't wast your time .
