    In 2021, the NFL schedule will be releasing all matchups and schedule information at 8PM EST on the NFL Network, along with other news and media outlets. Basically you can't miss it even if you tried.
    This season there are 17 games instead of the standard 16, so one additional matchup per team. Games are organized by division, between conferences, and then lastly by ranking placement in your division.
    How do you actually go ahead and list tickets for the NFL season? You can do so on Ticketmaster Resale, StubHub and Seat Geek. If you have your barcodes ready, you can get your tickets set up for instant download immediately following the NFL schedule release at 8PM.
    If you don't have your season seat invoices paid off though, some teams may not release your barcodes until you do, so just keep that in mind when trying to list tickets. Seat Geek does not currently require barcodes for listing your tickets, but Ticketmaster Resale will NOT allow you to list tickets without them.
    For those looking to buy tickets, you can do some from the official avenues (Ticketmaster, StubHub, Seat Geek), or the unofficial avenues (Vivid Seats, Tick Pick, etc). Both options are fine, just you'll get instant download options via the official methods.

      Haha even better! My first NFL game was a Bills in Toronto series...Buffalo v Seahawks. Was a roast with the Bills losing something like 54-7? So ugly. At least I got to watch Psy perform Gungnam Style in person 😅

    What place is best to buy tickets?
    I’m a cowboys fan and there’s some tickets that are a good price in ticket master so I don’t what to do

    • @thumbsuprun
      @thumbsuprun  3 года назад

      Ticketmaster would normally be my first place to look. Then jump over to Stubhub/vivid Seats and Seat Geek. If it’s a good price I’d say pull the trigger. Don’t forget to sign up with Rakuten to save a few % from Ticketmaster! Link in description 😏

      Both are reliable, I’d go with Ticketmaster if you wanted to pick one over the other. Can’t go wrong with either though 😊

    hey - I have the oppt to buy season tickets from a coworker, but I will likely only go to a couple of games. I'm thinking it would be a decent investment to resell them (I wouldn't have to pay the PSL), but I have no idea the legal aspect of doing so. Is it legal, and if so, would I likely make a small profit in doing so?

    • @thumbsuprun
      @thumbsuprun  3 года назад +1

      Sounds like a pretty good opportunity! Legality wise, you shouldn’t have any issues in terms of selling the tickets. Technically you should be reporting the income if you did make any money though. Will leave that part up to you. It could potentially be profitable but it really depends on the team and seat locations. Can message me on IG or Twitter @thumbsuprun and we can go into specifics

      I’ve sold through them in the past, haven’t made any purchases direct through them before though. They were purchased by Vivid Seats a few years back so I wasn’t aware of them being operational still.

    Whats up man! Quick question if I am selling my NFL season tickets through ticketmaster should price my tickets with the recommended price they give me? Once I listed my tickets I went back to check how much those ticket would go for and it was a lot less than the recommended price. Not too sure what to do at this point. I am selling chargers vs 49ers preseason tickets. Thank you!

    • @thumbsuprun
      @thumbsuprun  2 года назад +1

      Hello hello! NFL preseason unfortunately isn’t big business, ticket prices fall very fast for those games. As for pricing, using the recommended price will generally try to make your tickets comparable to seats in a similar section and row based on past sales. The problem you’re running into is that early sales for the event were higher so it is trying to recommend a price that could have been similar to higher sales in the past. It’s possible the recommendation algorithm isn’t completely fine tuned so it could be displaying a skewed price.
      Long story long, I would simply take a look at your section and a couple around yours and find tickets in similar rows as yours and ignore the recommended price. If you’re just trying to unload them and get what you can, you can try to price a bit cheaper than everyone else in those sections/similar rows, or can try to hold out for a bit more money with a higher price. Just be aware prices for preseason games will only fall as you approach kickoff so don’t hold them too long.

      @@thumbsuprun Thank you for the breakdown! So you are suggesting I should price it lower than the original ticketmaster price although I am losing money. This way I can just get rid of the tickets correct?

    • @thumbsuprun
      @thumbsuprun  2 года назад +1

      Yes, if ticket prices are already below the ticketmaster face value cost, I wouldn’t hold out expecting prices to come back higher and would take the small loss and get out. Always the next event 😁

    • @thumbsuprun

      Really depends what you’re looking for - like you said prices come down normally as you approach game day, but I’d still peek and see if any good deals come available tonight. No harm in browsing!
