Brilliant episode, i'd definitely add to the word of mouth side of growing the business by potentially offering an incentive for clients to order another commission or pass on a discount to a friend, this could potentially increase sales from that marketing channel. Only got 4/8 on the Christmas quiz, my skills need brushing up. Also congrats on 10k!
Still got 4 more drawings to get done for Xmas....definitely pushed myself too much this year lol...kept getting yet another person asking if i could squeeze them in and hard to say no although I had to eventually. Next year, I really need to work on expanding my income streams....maybe finally get my patreon launched and do more youtube vids. I did crap on the quiz....I did get the orange in stocking one correct though....never seen any of the movies...just not a big TV or movie watcher....and never liked Xmas pudding lol...
