IT LOOKS LIKE MY DOGG!!!!❤❤
Aw really 🥰
Thank you for sharing! I have visited Keswick many, many times but have never done the pencil museum - I must go! Some of the passes in the Lake District are super scary so I'm with you there. I used to have a house in Coniston and getting there was bad enough. It sounds as though you did the Hardknott pass - literally hellish roads so well done for braving it, ha ha!
@@creationsbychloe highly recommend the pencil museum! Definitely go 😊 Oh yes I can imagine! It was Hardknott pass we drove through… never again! 😂 xx
Fantastic Becca 😊 I can so relate to your visit to the lakes. I went there in the summer near Keswick. Happy belated birthday, Konrad
@@carolinesmith3350 thanks for watching Caroline! 🥰 it’s lovely in Keswick isn’t it? Had a really nice break for a few days! 😊
This is insanely good how long did it take you?!
@@TheFlamimgFox thank you! Probably about 6 hours 😊
What a stunning place to take a break! Belated Happy Birthday to Konrad 🎂
@@juliawhite9977 thank you Julia! It was all so lovely, thanks for watching 🥰
Poor Conrad! Wanted to climb a mountain for his birthday and you said no and then you drag him to a pencil museum! 🤣 Although the museum looked good!
@@tupello9 Hahaha that’s so true!! Oops. At least he actually enjoyed the pencil museum 😂
I aspire to be this talented in my art. Your abilities amaze me tbh.
@@pinkiedee oh thank you so so much!!
Thank you for sharing your weekend very interesting, it’s lovely to have a few days doing something exciting. 🤗
@@wendyizod923 thanks for watching! It was a lovely break for a few days 🥰
❤❤❤
I don't supply frames either but have a link to a nice one that suits my charcoal drawings that i send people. I recommend custom framing for paintings.....and mounts for all original artwork. The number of people that will just stick it in a frame with no mount and press an unfixed charcoal drawing directly against glass lol....
@@TmHudsonArt yes this is great advice! Think I’m going to mount my commissions as of next year. For sure 🥰
@@beccabarronart Yes I may start as well....think it was the way it will affect postage my increasing size of package that put me off but then the client will just have to pay that. I'd also need to get larger cello sleeves because all drawings go in those to be sent...
Thank you for sharing so much wonderful information. I love listening to you. I don't know if anyone else is having this issue but your sound is very quiet. I turn my volume up all the way and still have difficulty hearing you.
@@jaymesturdivan3635 thank you so much for listening 😊 ooo I’m not sure about the sound front, is your volume button turned up on actual RUclips, along with the volume on your laptop or phone? xx
@beccabarronart yes I have both all the way turned up. Guess it's just gonna be one of those mysteries 😊
@@jaymesturdivan3635 hmm, strange! It seems fine on mine but I’ll keep a look out and see if anyone else is experiencing the same problem. Thanks for making me aware 😊
Thanks Becca, I was really looking forward to this podcast as commissions is what I have got into more recently. You always manage to mention something I haven’t thought of, so thank you. Another great podcast and I can’t believe it’s no. 24!!! Keep them coming ❤
@@sarahstevenson2384 aw thank you so much Sarah! I’m glad I could help with the commissions side of things 😊 I know I can’t believe this is episode 24! Thanks for listening to every single one! 🥰❤️
Amazingggg🎉
😢😢😢😢Amazingggg
Thank you 🥰
Finally my curiosity of your full studio is revealed ❤❤❤ beautiful view!
@@pinkangel2393 aw thank you so much! Maybe I should do a studio tour 🤔 even though it’s quite small!
@@beccabarronart omg yes 🙌 🥰 many of us have tiny studios, would be inspiring!
Thank you Becca. How often do you find yourself buying pencils?
@@PawsomePortraits67 not very often anymore. I have loads of spares from workshops. But when I do do a pencil order, I’ll order quite a few and then they’ll last me absolutely ages 😊
Super❤❤❤❤❤❤😮😮😮😮😮
Super cute ❤❤❤❤❤❤
How exciting, I wish I was more local to join your workshop ❤ looking forward to seeing your calendar x
@@suzannetaylorart thank you my lovely! 🥰🫶🏼
Great episode ❤ loved learning about Eddie the elf x
Wou ❤ ❤❤
That was a great podcast. Thankyou
@@lindamarshall7914 thanks for watching! Glad you enjoyed it 😊
I love all of your videos. I have a couple of questions like how you get your work (fur) so smooth and shiny looking and how do you get different shots when you are recording a tutorial? Some much closer than others. Thank you for your channel, I enjoy it very much.
(I'm still a "wanna-be" pet artist, lol)
@@PawsomePortraits67 thank you so much! I have a desktop tripod from Amazon, which holds my phone, so when I’m filming I can easily adjust it to the right height. In terms of techniques to achieve different textures to fur, like the smooth and shiny texture you mentioned,I have 3 years worth of tutorials with everything you need to know on my Patreon. This is my main teaching platform 😊 - www.patreon.com/beccabarronart/posts
Really inspirational podcast - thank you both x
@@jeanetteward7669 aw thank you for watching! Danielle was great on the pod 🥰
Wow your drawing is so amazing
@@amnaalvi4039 thank you 😊
Totally agree with seeing the value in skill and not so much conceptual or "meaning" behind the artwork 😅
❤❤❤❤❤❤
❤ Thank you for watching x
You truly are so talented Becca 💖 xx
@@carolinesmith3350 thank you Caroline 🥹🥰
Thanks for another great podcast Becca, I found this so interesting to hear from another artist as well as yourself of course x
@@sarahstevenson2384 I’m glad you enjoyed this one Sarah! It was great to get some insights from Danielle into other various avenues to go down as an artist 🥰
So glad you enjoyed it ❤
What I would give to be as talented as you when it comes to drawing 😍
@@realta140 thank you so much!! It’s just a lottt of practice! 😊✍🏼
A great episode - I really liked to hear about the creative process of Eddie the Elf and the conversation about entering competitions. Can we get Danni on each week please? 😍
She’s great isn’t she!!🥰 I am grateful Becca asked me - so happy you enjoyed it 🥰
@@tupello9 glad you enjoyed the episode! I’d love to have Danielle on every week 😂🎙️
I admire the tenacity that you both have to 'keep going', and keeping the dreaded 'doubt' from your thoughts.
Thank you! 🥰
@@limmoblack thank you! Super important to keep going, you don’t know what opportunities are around the corner 🥰✍🏼
Hi Becca, nice videos! Would you say the Slice knife is better than a regular craft knife? I just tested a metal craft knife, and I feel like it's difficult to get highlights with it.
@@yuleassagai1684 oh yes for sure! You feel like you have way more control and having one part of the ceramic blade that’s pointy and the other part that’s slightly curved, means you can create some lovely lines within a drawing. Works perfectly for fur!
@@beccabarronart great, will get one then. thanks!
Aww, loved this - you both are so good at what you do! Really enjoying your vlogs/podcasts! 😍
@@creationsbychloe aw thank you so much Chloe! Appreciate this 🥰❤️
Why is this underrated 😢😢😢
Aw thank you! 🥹💗
What a lovely view from that window. You get such a lot done from what looks like a relatively a small room.
Wow, what a masterpiece, totally obsessed! What colour pencils do you use btw🤭
Thank you! I use Fabercastell Polychromos and Caran D’ache luminance 🥰
Lovely drawing, really nice what do you use to transfer the image to the paper you're going to use.
Thank you! Check out this video 😊 ‘How I Draw Initial Outlines - My Favourite Method! ✍🏼’ ruclips.net/video/XaRSOux-zs8/видео.html
@@beccabarronart I'd already found it, thanks. Your channel is awesome ❤💯🍀
It 's looks really so much good ❤❤😊
This is such an informative and clear video. It's really helped me to narrow down useful materials without wasting time and money. Thank you so much for this Becca. You are an amazing artist too.

Wow. Oh, hi my name is Hailey and I'm 8 years old
❤
Hi Becca, I love watching your vlogs, they’re so interesting. I’m not sure what the result was for your vote on Patreon but unknowingly, I’ve just finished drawing that puppy Rottweiler from Unsplash and absolutely loved it. I did it on the Canson Moulin du Roy paper so it has a very light touch and I used loads of different colours to show up the lighting on his head. Anyway, thought I’d just let you know that 😂
