Just saw this last night August 7th 2023 mid Texas. Tha kiddos and myself were outside chillin looking up at the stars when all of a sudden a line of these flew over and then just straight up disappeared. Ain't go lie, I thought aliens were coming. Didn't want to jump to conclusions so I had to RUclips what my 12 year old son was telling me😂😂😂. Guess him being right and me being wrong isn't so bad after all 😅😅😅
i personally saw same thing (i counted - it was about 13 dots of dim light) over Austin Texas last night around 9 PM Aug 8 2023. it lasted only 20 seconds flying in a straight line (no noise - absolutely quiet) from west to east very high up (same high as air plane elevation), then the light went out one by one in a sequence slowly
last night happened for me, although i had witnessed this before, i was still awestruck, namely because i was joking with my friend about seeing a UFO… although i will say the one i saw last night looked different from others, as the sattelites appeared to keep the same distance from each other as they went accross the sky
First time for us tonight. Wife thought it was some kind of crazy contrail. I wondered if China or Russia was playing with something better than a balloon. Or maybe ET was leading a parade of bicycles up their.
Then I resorted to asking Google a stupid question to see if I got a stupid answer. Now I'll be up all night on the internet. 😆

I was literally camping in the deep mountains the other night and saw this and literally freaked out thinking I saw UFOs 😂😂😂 did a little more research and found out it was starlink. Wild.
Oh it's going to cause a bunch. We seen it last night in Arkansas were a bunch of hillbillies anyway so this is right up our ally for ufo sightings😂
YEAH, it DID! Somehow, we hadn’t already heard about these until after WE saw them, and we were SURE we’d seen a UFO (especially since our area had a crop circle no can explain back in the ‘90s). We called a friend who’d had a UFO sighting of her own, but even SHE knew it was Star-link! 😂

I saw this on the sky 10 minutes ago, here in the south of Portugal. I was surprised because it was my 1st time, at 1st I believed it to be plasma or electricity of some sort. After this there was a meteorite flying south, those are pretty common in comparisson.

I saw this today, in a small California desert town. We saw it from our car while driving on the highway. It was terrifying at first tbh. I have bad eyesight so my eyes jumbled every light together and thought I had just seen one side of a massive mothership 😅😂 a Google search calmed my nerves

Saw this in indio California. It was very far away and disappeared very quickly. Very sure it was this. I did some research and it was scheduled to be seen around the same time we were looking at the sky. Never forget how amazing it was

it freaked me out bad,ive been looking at stars,meteors satellites for years and at 5.15 am on july 10th in texas it came over my house and i was sitting there looking up and my heart started beating i was like what the hell is this,and of course nobody but me and the cat,my phone was in my room in the back of the house turned off ,i came inside and found this and was like oh,ok,lol but still a neat story to tell ,i guess lol

Same thing happened to me tonight 😂 I was so confused wondering what the heck my family and I were seeing. They looked like a strand of green lights moving across the sky, and then they just vanished. Turns out there was a launch tonight, upon further research. Phew, thankful it wasn't aliens!

This is a few days after they’ve separated from the rocket, they launch like 24 at a time on top of each other and when they separate they slowly drift apart. After a few days they raise their orbits and spread out from one another, it’s quite fascinating actually.
I just seen it last night. It flew over the Imperial Valley. It's pretty cool to see in the night sky. It reminds me of the original Nintendo game Centipede.. Lol..
Spotted these for the first time during Perseids this year on second peak night. I'd actually told my aunty who was there a couple hours earlier that starlinks were the last sort of bucket list thing I'd want to see. And sure nuff, very faintly, a huge chain of these traveled straight above me and it was so eerie. Because instead of the usual bright white of most satellites, the whole chain was a weird orange and red and had me thinking I'd hit the money shot of a meteor. Awesome nonetheless and happy to have checked them off my skygazing list!

Oddly, and counterintuitively, that lone satellite way out in the lead is probably one which failed to remain in orbit.
It's leading the pack by so much because it's falling and consequently accelerating. It's elliptical orbit will eventually dig into the upper atmosphere and slow down dramatically. For now though, it's running away.
The train is attempting to circularize it's orbit while this one castaway has not.
My sister and I were in Collinsville IL and we just say this at 9:00pm! Freaked us completely out!

The angle that they reflect the sunlight towards the eye, is quite specific and they look like they fade from view.

Just spotted this in Oklahoma, so did a couple friends and we were all miles apart
I saw something the other night, it looked a little different than this but my first thought was it must be satellites right? The lights on them were dim and blue, looked like around 30 blue orbs moving steadily across the night sky until they disappeared from view. I immediately looked it up and tried looking at satellite tracking maps, and there were no satellite trains on the maps anywhere near my area, or even in the country at that time. Very strange. I wish I had an explanation…
usually they aren't properly registered until they reach their final orbits. the batch you saw was probably very recently deployed, considering you saw around 30 in a pretty small area.
as for them disappearing, that's simply caused by them entering earth's shadow.

2 nights ago, 5-30-24, I saw something quite peculiar in the night sky here in PA. It was about 11 p.m. and the sky was clear. The lights we saw were much higher than any of the planes and had no blinking lights. At first I thought it was a simple satellite. So my son and I kept watching. A single light would appear and travel in a straight line for about 60 seconds and then disappear. Just as one would disappear a new one would show up where the previous one started and fly in the same line until that one would disappear in the same spot and like clockwork a new one would show up. This went on for over 30 minutes before I grew tired of watching. Planes criss-crossed the sky while this went on. They definitely weren't planes. I did a little internet digging and thought I found my answer with starlink here. But what we saw was nothing like this. They were much, much faster, way higher, and obviously more spread out. Intriguing to say the least.

I live in Arkansas my 1st thought was ufo lol. Me and my 10 yr old son was night fishing in a boat in the middle of a dark lake with a bright sky and we seen this come right over our heads and freaked out. I just saw this today in south Texas about an hour ago. Slowly going up in a vertical formation and the dots disappeared one by one.
It seems the reflection is from solar panels on the satellites reflecting sunlight. So if they disappeared all at once, it means they simply turned a little and were probably visible as a shining streak some dozens or hundreds of miles away from your location at that time.
I saw them now they were passing over Morocco 😂😂

These flew up over my house not long ago and I’ve seen satellites before and i don’t think these are starlink, I think their angels, we’re in the end days, things are happening, and anyone who’s seen this in person like me can tell you when their right infront of you they look different from these videos, js the video does it no Justice, they were so bright and big, and low to the ground, literally came up over a hill and the excitement hit me, I’ve dreamed about this years back before starlink was known or made so I knew right away what I was seeing, Jesus is coming soon, say I’m crazy and believe a man who clearly already deceives you… but don’t be fools, Gods real, His Sons Real!!! and nasa isn’t what people think either, this is a time of great deception, even the elect if possible will be deceived, so be on your toes question everything and search the scriptures for answers, their there, we’re the only generation to see all the signs, and we can clearly see we’re in the middle of the mix right now, and I know how it sounds but have faith and pray 🙏🏻 to see clearly what’s going on and match up the Bible, js saying it matches up, Jesus is coming soon,

its funny how everyone is seeing this but describing it totally different haha.i saw it like i wrote below and it just went across the sky and vanished behind the tree's because im located in the country in the deep woods,lots of tree's.everyone get ready for august 12th-13th the meteor shower,i watch ever year,actually as soon as the full moon goes away on the 9th or something you should start seeing them.BUT you need to be looking at pre dawn 3,4,5 am in the morning.enjoy!
