I found something in my task schedueler called D B Scheduler, and I found that as the problem to my powershell, and everytime I delete/close it, it pops back in 30 min, and runs every 10min. Click on Start.
In the search bar, type Task Scheduler and click on Task Scheduler in the results.
Under Active Tasks, check for any tasks that use Powershell and the scheduled time. delete that tasks.
