This Top 5 was voted via a poll on my channel. My personal list is slightly different. I would put the 333sp in second place and the 512M in 5th.
I would put the 333sp in first place. All personal taste :)
The list is actually wrong, because no 1 and 2 aren't race cars.

The Prodrive 550 will always be a favorite of mine. I still remember the first time I saw one!
The 512 BBLM is by far the nicest sounding of the five mentioned here. All lovely in their own way but the character of that Boxer V12 is just incredible. That deep bellow and growl and the slight pauses you get between gear changes, not to mention the overrun when it's down changing......just sublime. I think that's something that's really been lost with gearboxes advancing in the last 20 years. It's subtle but those brief pauses between the gears in cars of old give the overall sound more vocabulary and soul. The FXX Evo is mental and seriously impressive but given the choice of just one to have a ride in or just enjoy standing track side it would be the BB for me.
The Ferrari 512BB was my favorite car growing up. Still have several models I assembled as a kid.

it has the nearly the same base engine as the F333SP, but it was a bit more powerful so yes he should have used the F50GT instead of the F333SP...and the 575M was also better then the 550 and so on...
@@KOVROL mind you this is all his own footage. Odds are he's never recorded an F50 GT in action, much like the rest of us.

Not exactly, but the f50 and the 333sp engines are based on the same engine , the engine of the 1991 ferrari f1 car (ferrari 641)

333 should be first definitely. I have always been biased though, especially having watched on live tv Giampiero Moretti drive the old bird home in 1998 at the Rolex 24.

I know, but you try to find one on track these days. It rarely happens. There is one in Japan and 1 in California. So not exactly close to Belgium so I can film it.

F50 Gt is the best sounding Ferrari in my opinion
It's on my bucket list of cars that I want to see/hear once.
From what I can find on RUclips it sounds very similar to the F333 sp. It does have the same base engine as that one.
F 355 is the best
I also love the F355, but this video is about V12 Ferrari's.
