My favorite thing about BMW engines is that they are perfect. Listening to them at any RPM, they sound perfect. I really love hearing them in the McLaren because they are a perfect engine

Hybrid is for a reason. Environmental concerns and stuff, as much as I would like V12s to come back, I would love to live on a cooler earth. And racing for that matter produces a lot of pollution.
The issue with a lot of these V12s - as much as I love them - is they're large capacity therefore don't rev very high given GT1 regulations. Bring back the F50 GT with it's wailing 4.7L!

V12s were glorious in f1, they were absolutely amazing. But I still prefer the V10 f1s. Damn those V12s send such a emotional and satisfying feeling. I've never hated these v12s and I wish to hear them both in person.

You might say that the modern V8 direct-injection gasoline engine will have better combustion efficiency and performance, but listen to the classic NA V12, who else is willing to replace it with more and more ordinary engines
