I’ve met Sam Elliot. He lives in Brownsville Oregon, and likes to drive south 30 miles to Coburg Pizza (where I work) and I’ve given him a handshake and forgotten his dessert pizza before 💀
He graduated from David Douglas High School in Portland.
I think my older brother said he knew him too in college ! We lived in Camas Wa . and my bro went to Clark Jr College majoring in Journalism . He later moved to Seattle went to the UW . Became the movie critic for the Seattle Times . He got to interview many movie star s . He died of Parkinson's with Lewie bodies in June of 2022 , unfortunately . Sam Elliot is still amazing looking . I first saw him in a movie where he played a lifeguard . What a guy 💪🏼😻😸. I really liked him in the movie The Golden Compass .. based on the trilogy by author Phillip Pullman . It won best Special effects that year at the academy awards . And I love it ! With Nicole Kidman as a very bad mother . lol

@@alexlyster3459 I'd say that's pretty in-character for him. Swanson lives by his own code, and he's never really affected by others' opinions of him. He respects Dunn for his character, but hates him for what he stands for, regardless of Dunn's geniality towards him.
@deuceydee3506 Oh, it's in character for sure, but an edge case, since Dunn just.... doesn't even notice the hostility. Not many people could just ignore an angry Ron Swanson, and you can tell it does get to him a little.
