If you think about it though this actually gave Dwight the drive to beat the machine, so it was actually pretty great of them.
And later we find out that ryan was doubling the sales on the internet to make the site look better lmao
He wasn't doubling sales on the site. He was forcing the sales team to enter their offline sales on to the website. So when they were accounting the total sales they ended up double counting nearly all offline sales.

Paddlez-is-king that wasn’t what happened. What happened was that they were recording every as a sale for the computer and a sale for the salesmen, but either way that happened later so the computer sales here are accurate

Dwight is amazing. He’s like the one friend that will laugh or do anything to help just to make you feel better. Like Michael if his jokes aren’t funny to anyone else no matter what joke it is DWIGHT is always there to laugh at them. When Michael says something Dwight always gets really hyped up. It’s awesome. I’d love to be his best friend.
That’s why Dwight respects and listens to Pam only.

Pam's got a heart of gold. She is like a younger sister to dwight who although gets frustrated by his shenanigans tries her best to console him when he most needs it. Dwight reciprocates this by taking off the cockroach banner from the office building rendering Pam, the new office admin, a happy person. Such a beautiful relationship they had. Even better what Pam and Jim has had.

I remember laughing so hard the first time i saw "What is a Jim?"
I’ve just finished the 9 seasons in just over 2 and a half weeks. First time ever watching the show. The emotional bond with all the characters in this series is overwhelming in the most amazing way. You can really get lost into feeling like they are truly part of your life and vice versa. What a truly, truly amazing show.
