ok, but, if i use dbeaver 22 ultimate. u can't to specific a sid name, just i can select sid or service name, but not to specific them
To solve this error I entered the Windows start menu, searched and ran Oracle Instance Manager as administrator (it's important). there in the instance that was there, I selected it, I right clicked it and stopped the service, then I started it again as an instance and it worked for me.
