In my computer , SID is also correct and my Listener is also working ... But i could not able to connect .. still i get ORA-12505 error... Please help me 😭

1) services.mse check TNSListener services is up, otherwise start it manually
2) connect SQLPLUS as SYS as SYSDBA
3) shutdown immediate
4) startup

from windows run , use services.msc then find oracleservice and oraclelistener to start. or go to control panel then tools - open services.
