I have been self-taught for almost 20 years now, it is difficult to find a coach willing to train a master athlete 🙄. I just bought the freelap 6 months ago and I am in love with it. It would be fantastic if you could please talk more about the exergenie, It is the first time I have heard about such a thing, I just recently tried resisted sprints pulling an old car tire with a harness 😆, but that exergenie thing seems like a more civilized way to do resisted sprints. Thank you so much for your videos, you really are an inspiration and your content has been so useful for me.

Aww, thank you for your lovely comment! Glad the videos have been useful 🙏🏾
Wow, 20 years 👏🏾 congratulations for staying motivated all these years, not easy at all.
Lol, that's a creative way to get resisted sprints in to be fair! Love it 😆... but yes, would be happy to try talk about the exergenie some more. 😊

I never see myself as a master athlete by any means, but I will admit it is a bit hard to find a coach that actually focuses on what will 100% affect your performance while also giving you just straight answers.

Which one would be better in your opinion. a weighted vest for hill sprints or a parachute for hill sprints?

      Probably a weighted vest

Would it increase a 100 meter time from 12.10 to 11.50? Or realistic maybe 11.80, I know technique and other stuff but it might help. Somewhat.

If the question is, is it possible to go from 12.10 to 11.8 in one season? Then the answer is yes. But I can't answer that question based on hill sprints alone.
But yes, resisted sprints are beneficial - I've got a whole video on resisted sprint training. ruclips.net/video/92et4TVYy0g/видео.htmlsi=NnW_L_8xVTITSAR1
