This works! Used this to fix my X-23 Funko Pop. The spring was attached too far back inside the head so when I would put her standing up the weight of her head would pull her head down in the front and she would look at the floor. I followed his steps, but made some changes too. I tried to unscrew the head from the spring, and was not able to reach the peg at the top of the head (inside) so instead I flipped the funko pop upside down and turned my sink hot water up all the way. I let some water go inside of the funko pop and stay there for roughly 1-2 minutes. The head did heat up a bit, so I was careful. Then I tried to slowly wiggle the piece that attaches from the spring to the head inside and after a few tries it came off. I put the two separate pieces (head and body) under cold water so they would harden again in case the hot water made them soft. Dried off the pieces and then used "Krazy Glue" to reposition the head on the spring. Now the Funko Pop is fixed and the head faces forward not down and still bobbles. I will add after this I dropped the Funko Pop and checked inside for any damage, the spring was still securely attached to the head! My suggestion would be finding out where exactly you want to position the spring and head before you attach them. I used the body as a guide so I knew what to line up when I was gluing it back together (i.e. the funko nose lined up with the X-men X on the figure when I was gluing them back) and it worked. Very useful video thanks. I bought a massive bundle of unboxed pops on eBay. It was really cheap but some of them are in pretty poor condition so I'm going to try restoring them :)
Kenan Bernard it’s kind of tricky in some pops but you turn the spring anti clockwise and push it from the little excess metal of the spring the pokes out but on some pop vinyls it’s impossible
What do you do if you can see the spring on them. When you look straight at my Finn Boblehead you can see to much of his neck and the spring. Its really annoying 'cause I just got him. I've put a hairband around his arms and over his head to hold it down, I was hoping that it would fix it but I don't think it will.
My problem is that i accidently turned my bobble head 3 times and now it cant bobble, well it bobbles bearly... the head is touchin the shoulders. i need some help!
OK this really depends on which figure it is. because you were able to twist the head that far down the spring itself tighten up on either the neck or the post mounted in the head. left the head luster enough to see the base of the spring, you should see the end of the spring that is folded over itself looking like a hook, grab a pair of needle nose pliers and slightly lift the hook up while unscrewing the body from the spring.

Awesome gaming 22 remove the heAd and see if the post is off, of it is boil some water and put the post in it for about 15 seconds the post should be soft what it comes out push the post to where you want it to be and run it under some cold water until it firms up again. If that doesn’t work send me a picture
chucky norris you really can’t, I don’t care for the bobble heads either but you’re limited to either tightening the head all the way down or trying to put some dowels against the post to reduce movement.
someone please help me i just got a chirrut imwe pop vinyl figure and i turned the head around the right 1 or 2 circles and now the head is slanted to the right and barely boobles :(
Justice naanbread you probably turned it so much that it came off the groves, pull the head up a little and see if you can see where the spring end is. were you trying to make it nkt bobble anymore?
LOL I accidentally did that to one of my Rey pops while I was fidgeting at the computer. I just pulled the spring out even further and realigned it. Seemed to work.
you should be able to unscrew it from the neck area by turning it counter clockwise. If it doesn't work grab a pair of pliers and grab the base of the spring and turn the pop

There is also another feature RUclips offers that let you adjust the speed that the video plays at. If you can’t manage to figure out how either of those features work try googling it. Good luck.

Turn the head at a 360 to the it's left, it would be right when you are looking at it, until it comes off to take it off.

the same sorta thing happened to me with my Kylo Ren POP vinyl so I just turned his head around and tightened it back on and it seemed to do the trick

You can always take the sting off and use a pair of wire cutters to clip a loop off the one of the ends, thus should allow you to tighten it up a bit.

did you damage the base? if not take a pair of pliers and widen the top spring a little it should help the spring guide itself back into place
