Watch Enthusiast, can you explain the difference between Gerald Genta (owned by LVMH) and Gerald Charles maisons? I am trying to learn which version of the master himself is more collectible and why. Thanks for considering my idea.
So Gerald Genta owned by LVMH was Genta’s company that he sold to Bulgari/LVMH. Then he went on to create Gerald Charles. He used his middle name because he couldn’t use his last name. He was with Gerald Charles until his death and the company says the Maestro is his last design. The company never really took off until it was reinvigorated in recent years.
@@wristenthusiast Thank you. Is one watch better than the other, or is more about the design? Not sure which one has a better movement or anything else I need to think about.
