He is the type of person that reads history and encourages people to do so, though not in words by saying that but by actions and movies. IMHO he is convinced that if more people read world history, we wouldn't be condemned to see how it repeats itself.
I have read the history of the Roman Empire and it amazes me how similar the US is to ancient Rome.
My father told me once: history is nothing but the repetition of human stupidity.

@Jane Elliot, Jr.You are correct. Sometimes the Left is Wrong. I think Oliver Stone unlike some other Liberal is the type who admit that they made a mistake. I live in New York. So called Bail Reform was and is a big mistake. You can't just let out dangerous Violent Crinot minals out on the Streets. Most of the Violent Spike in Crime is from letting out these dangerous Violent Criminals.
Defunding the Police is another stupid idea. We need honest Police to Stop Crime. Defunding the MIlitary or severely cutting the MIlitary that is a good Idea. Getting rid of the Police is a bad, stupid idea. There is LIberalism and there is real stupidity.

And guess what state, because of this, gets to sculpt textbook info? That would be the epicenter of open thinking, compassion for underpriviledged, and exemplary govt mgt of state planning like the winter of 2020............Texas. You are secure, DL, in your appetite for visionless cruelty and the cleansing of history to polish the plantation based economy of the antebellum south.

You are 100% right, kluaf oz. Oliver Stone had said several times, that 3-4 million people were killed in the Vietnam war by the american military. Terror is not unknown in USA,. The american military kills a lot of people every year. Now in Syria. Earlier in Vietnam, Laos, Cambodia, Grenada, Somalia, Serbia, Kosowo, Bosnia, Afghanistan, Irak and some countries in Africa. USA is no more the land of the free. It is a country, who goes to war first and ask later. USA was popular from 1944 - 1963 (until JFK's dead). Today people all over the world really are afraid for the US. I do not know US today. Sorry to say so, but it is the thruth.

JFK assassination, 8 shots, Camera Gun, stopped Motorcade on Elm Street, Edited Zapruder film, umbrella man, 5 shooters. First shot from the umbrella man in front of Kennedy, misses Kennedy & hits the back seat of limo, everyone & Kennedy hears the shot, pauses, and proceeds. Second shot from the umbrella man hits Kennedy center mass at the bottom of the throat, from the front, Kennedy grabs his throat area then faints. Third & fourth shots fire close together at Connolly, from two shooter teams in the Texas School Book Depository. Both miss when the limo driver puts on the brakes, after Kennedy’s limo driver is instructed to stop on the mark of the man in the street near that driver. Those two missed shots fly by the top of The Presidential limo, one hits the windshield & the driver notices it, the other may be the one that grazes the young man down by the railroad underpass. The sniper teams in the Texas Book Depository, both shoot again at Connolly in the stopped Presidential limo, both hit Connolly this time. Then as the Presidential Motorcade is still stopped on Elm Street, and the Presidential limo driver is watching Kennedy’s unmoving Head. Kennedy’s Head is hit by the first bullet coming from his back & left, from the nearest bi standard to Kennedy, with a Camera Gun. Kennedy’s Body moves forward and to the right. Then very quickly afterwards Kennedy’s head is hit by a stronger shot from his front & right, from a rifle shooter standing behind the picket fence in the grassy knoll. Kennedy’s Body then moves back and to the left. When the Presidential limousine driver sees Kennedy’s head has been hit, he then quickly accelerates the limo with Mrs. Kennedy moving to get out of the limousine. A large group of Railroad Workers are standing on the railroad overpass nearer towards the picket fence area in the grassy knoll. And hear the rifle shot in close proximity, then see the lingering smoke from the Gun, then some of them move over to that area to investigate. As a large group of Parade watchers are sure they hear a shot from that area also, and Rush over to see & catch the perpetrator (s). As a group was watched moving from behind the picket fence gun shot area, to the Texas School Book Depository, And some were stopped & questioned by some of the Dallas Police Department. Shortly later, George. H. Bush happens to be photographed in front of the Book Depository, after emerging from there.

Interesting man he has that semblance to decency and fairness, very casually puts the context of political narrative into a very definite perception, his character makes you think, challenges doubt. It's a type of easy you go away comfortable more knowledgeable. The movies were like that you knew you were watching something that mattered, remember the scene in the Turkish prison the fat assed father and son, its impact was callous indifference, sadistic pleasure, like father like son. As complex as that scene was in its psychological nature Stone delivered on every front. It's rare to convey that in a movie nowadays, Hitchcock could do it in his horror flicks and I like how he pulled the Bernie Sanders I have a Rabbitt in my political hat trick, I think Mr Stone is probably right as far as the Democrats go, I choose Trump and all I got was censored so congratulations America you will get your first female President once all the dust settles, the devil's in the detail were in for a hell of a ride, which is no big deal really as nothing much ever changes. Let's just hope Oliver makes more movies and fuck of all this censorship. Stay strong...

When judging Oliver Stone's movie it's important to know that the Executive Producer of the movie "JFK" is Arnon Milchan, an Israeli arms dealer, responsible for the illegal importation of arms into Palestine. These weapons were used to ethnically cleanse Palestine of the original inhabitants so that European settlers could take over this strategic territory. It is rumored that he and several other members of the Israeli Secret Intelligence Service, along with the leadership of Israel at that time, were instrumental in setting up the murder of the 35th President of the United States! John Kennedy was an obstacle in the way of the Rothschild Family's desire to protect Israel with Nuclear Weapons. This is the reason that Israel denies having these weapons to this very day! Milchan was part of this conspiracy to steal Nuclear technology from the United States. Contamination of large parts of Pennsylvania and New Jersey were the result of the mishandling of this material on it's way to Israel. Wholesale dealers in death and destruction don't much care how they do their dirty work as long as it gets done!
