Sister is not only the pastor get it wrong but the majority of Christians get it wrong, because he's just telling you what you Christians have believing because if you said Jesus is the begotten son of God then that means God is the Father of Jesus right? it means that's a wrong believing right? may almighty Allah open your heart so that you can find the truth, may almighty Allah guides you to the straight path.
