I have 2018 C-600 unit with SR-4 controller. And it doesn't have Named Product options, which I would like to have. When I go to Guarded Access and chose OptiSet plus option to be numeric and named product, than exit Guarded Access, System Configuring than message appears "Some options not Avail". After booting I still don't have Named Product options. My question is do I need to buy some hardware or dealer just needs to reprogram my controller? And how much it would cost me?
Yes, go to your dealer of preference and they can set up a program and load it into your unit. Be ready with a list of what you want. If Prepared it will be a minimum charge, if not you could ask many questions and they charge by the hour usually.

@@dharris8879 I appreciate your help, really I do. My reefer unit is locked in optiSet mode and cycle sentry cannot be disabled, regardless of how many times I push the “alien” looking button. That’s the core of my frustration.

For those of you who have your units stuck on continuous a couple things you can try. 1) change set temp by one degree and then press start stop button immediately after. 2) you can try following this guide to reset optiset in maintenance menu: ruclips.net/video/YINEPw8YkjE/видео.html

Please help, SB 330 - SR3 - holds 32 degrees PERFECT, but when I set to 33* it always holds it around 35 to 37 degrees

I fixed it by changing my set point by 1 degree and then using start stop button.
