Anyway after watching your video I was able to clear the alarm ! Thank you so much & GOD Bl3$$ you ! You saved me from get raked over by the ThermoKing service shop tomorrow morning !
Manual defrost. When hot gas from the compressor goes to the evaperater coil and melts the frost or ice. When that happens the evaperater section of the unit is completely closed off from the cargo area by a small shutter door where the air goes into the chute. To prevent warm air from going into the cargo area. The melted frost drains out of the unit and onto the ground though the drain tubes. I've loved these units sense I was a teenager back in the 80s. And it keeped me on the straight and narrow. I have one person to thank for that!!🥶😇THERMOKING 4 LIFE💙
I have an SB 330 with the same issue. I went to Thermo king to have it looked at and the tech said there's nothing wrong and that is just how they're programmed.

How do you change the defrost timer? On Carrier you can change it to every hour or every 2 hours or whatever but on this thermo king i can't find it

Please help, SB 330 - SR3 - holds 32 degrees PERFECT, but when I set to 33* it always holds it around 35 to 37 degrees

you shouldn't be in any programmable settings. if you have a code that needs to be cleared through guarded access, there's an issue. call a tech.
