Good job. My piece of land looks somewhat the same. Lots of weeds, not a nice lawn at all.
But the air is so much better out in the country.

Thank you! Our lawn is grass and Dandelions in the Spring and grass and Clovers in the Summer and Autumn. However, when it is mowed, it looks good. It is also good for the obligatory we need for the veggie garden, so we don't mind.
As for the 'wild flowers/weeds' in my gardens, I am learning to coexist with them. Overtime, hopefully, the thickening of the gardens will get them somewhat under control. Some of them sure do have beautiful blooms, though. 🥰
