What a monumental effort! I put respekk on ya naem. Would love the same format for future patches. But a scaled back version would work as well. Covering the Tierlist prediction and the hidden changes are probably the most important parts. Plus some quick notes on the most metachanging changes.

i think you should keep doing the tierlist and the overall meta changes and the big things like tank nerfs , suppression etc.. and not every single price change

2 hours and 36 minutes is extreme. The first 15 minutes are of public interest, the 20 after that in which you go over the unspoken changes are super useful as well.
Some feedback to your video. You have made a very detailed video. Especially the Tier list is important and it is great that you mention every division and the reasons why you put them into certain tier positions. Regarding WarYes, you also were very detailed - but just give a small overview of the most relevant changes in about 5 - 10 minutes. Do not mention every unit or division, talk about unit categories. Talk about changes in the artillery tab in one minute, one minute for AA, one minute for helicopters, etc. Overall very informative, but try to keep it as "short" as you can. (It is easier for you too.)
Patch review videos are good, you picked up on quite a few things I missed in experimentation. I think you could condense some of this video - instead of talking about the patches in sequential order maybe it could work like this (for your workflow): You check what Eugene patch says. Write that out the way you like in word. Then check WarYes patchnotes, then add that in to the same structure as Eugene patch notes. This is all one word doc and saves you a lot of repeating yourself in the vid. I think that cuts out like 30-45 minutes of talking easily, but maybe makes the prep time longer. More thinking for you but less talking. You then go through your word doc and talk about stuff, when you want to illustrate a point probably bring it up in armoury or WarYes to show changes. First 15 minutes or so stay the same. Meta first impressions, tierlist etc. back half of the video can be chopped down.
Another idea: only highlight significant changes, which are very important units that get changed, or units that are changed a very large amount. No one cares if shit units are made 5% less shit. BUT units that are used a lot (e.g. BMP-2, M1A1 etc.) or units that are massively buffed/nerfed (e.g. LRS changes, large price increase on Surblinde, AT guns are good now) should be covered. You can cut out a lot of tras units in your discussion that way and it emphasises what you bring as a 1v1 sweatlord - which is good judgement about what does/doesn't matter and work well ingame.

I think you need to raise up 35y to A tier, they feel so good now. Afgansky utterly shred at mid range followed up with the new broken AT guns and 30mm as fire support. Decent number of great tanks and nice spaag options (which i never took before but are shredding aircraft)
Great analysis. If it takes too long I’d skip the every single unit price change review, and focus on the broad strokes. I watched the majority of vid but most interesting parts were the tier list @ start and then the division by division review towards end where you went through broad strokes which divs got better or worse. Here’s a coffee tip for motivation, pls make patch review for the part 2 balance patch 😅

He is right, the most interesting part is to see your opinion on the meta and how you envision the fight whithin it. Then when it come to the point to see if an helicopter have 1 more ammo i just stop watching, Ptozocker stream is for that kind of stuff actually. The division changes may be interesting to look at but it will become again a burden and struggle in the future with the many divs DLCs. The first 20 min in a more detailed way would be largely enough in my opinion.
I know the focus of the video and the community in general is on PvP but has anyone noticed that the AI struggles even more against this type of strategy/meta? They weren't exactly "good" against tank meta either but now they just mindlessly charge superheavies into LAW range of Infantry.

I still disagree with any infantry unit getting 8 or 9 availability at 2 vet or 6 at 3 vet. You can have cheap and cheerful or costly quality, not both.
I didn't quite understand - why is 79th higher in the ranking compared to 3rd armoured? With the price nerfs and ATGM buffs the Bradley looks comparatively stronger than it used to, and surely the BMP-1PG and one card of T80B can't be carrying the entire division? The helitab on 3rd is still strong, the tank tab is still good, the ACAV is still the ACAV, and with the small arms being slightly less useless having more MGs is an advantage Also LAW is not the handicap it used to be, even if you discount the AT4 Good video, many thanks
The Bradley is like 70pt you cannot spam it in the same way you can spam BMP1G and BMP2 3rd has very limited cheap fire support to kill zombies ACAV went up 10pt PIVADs went up 20pt Chappys got nerfed a bit 79y gets the TO55 for zombie removal FYI Lathans also thinks I have 3rd too low

It can be fired from the same launcher as far as I am aware, and it could be justified as the missile stocks running low in a high-intestity conflict
tbh just increase infantry small arms DPS by like +100% and it goes away. Right now honestly you just walk through the enemy to his CV so you can blow it up with a bomber
@@hippiehippiehippiehippie The biggest issue is that infantry can just walk into fire again. They REALLY need a pin/retreat/fall back mechanism ala SD2. Either that or a large bonus needs to be introduced against moving infantry. Moving infantry should be very vulnerable while station infantry should be hard to kill (but not terribly hard to drive off/pin down).
I really don't like this patch. Nerfing availability of tanks by so much doesn't make sense in a cold war game and infantry being so durable against such high power weapons designed to destroy them is ridiculous. Buffs to SPAAGs and ATGMs are good though

I cover this in the video. They get high quality infantry, but they don't get the fire support to deal with enemy zombie horde. I've still put them as the 9th best division in the game out of 20

If anything maybe mention price changes and let people look at them on waryes as well as highlight particular changes that have a huge impact if you want to cut down the time on these? One thing about the flame weapons... Yeah HE and suppression shock is nerfed, but the fire mechanic forces the victim to move and not shoot back so fire weapons are still a brutal asset for clearing things out. Maybe not great for tournament style play, but i prefer realism so slower inf heavy play ia perfect. Also arty will kill "zombie" hoards but in combined arms actions. Russian tanks need their reverse speeds changed to real life slugs and optics on western tanks need buffing. Down with starcraft arcade "all the same" balance and down with basing stats on delusional russian disinformation propaganda on how good they "say" their weapons are compared to how they actually are. 😂

It's marketed on the steam sales page as a realistic strat game. Like... The Challenger tank moves slow and also does in game, that's annoying so why not just make it move super fast to remove that annoyance? Keep doing that and you have Starcraft arcade "balance". I didn't get the game, marketed for realism, to play 'Command and Conquer Red Alert 5: Revenge of the super hero Baguettes" 😅

4 spetsnaz, 2 desantniki with shortrange antitank, 2 konkurses, 2 30mm ags, 2 12,7 machineguns, 3 antiair igla + skrezhet, 1 aa mig29, 1 recon mi-24k - my start to deal with zomby hordes with 35th. second wave is supplies for aa and atgs, refuel spetsnaz for second wave, then more helicopters. even figured out how to push them in towns. 2 ka-50 and 2 mi-24 are sheading zombies to pieces

The Bradley is like 70pt you cannot spam it in the same way you can spam BMP1G and BMP2
3rd has very limited cheap fire support to kill zombies

Chappys got nerfed a bit

I wonder if it would be beneficial for the 3rd Armoured to get a card with a cheaper Bradley with an ITOW? It can be fired from the same launcher as far as I am aware, and it could be justified as the missile stocks running low in a high-intestity conflict

the zombie meta actually sounds quite good
tbh just increase infantry small arms DPS by like +100% and it goes away. Right now honestly you just walk through the enemy to his CV so you can blow it up with a bomber
@@hippiehippiehippiehippie The biggest issue is that infantry can just walk into fire again. They REALLY need a pin/retreat/fall back mechanism ala SD2. Either that or a large bonus needs to be introduced against moving infantry. Moving infantry should be very vulnerable while station infantry should be hard to kill (but not terribly hard to drive off/pin down).
I really don't like this patch. Nerfing availability of tanks by so much doesn't make sense in a cold war game and infantry being so durable against such high power weapons designed to destroy them is ridiculous. Buffs to SPAAGs and ATGMs are good though
Infantry is an abstraction. When you see 1 squad of infantry, that's basically a 4-stack of Wargame Red Dragon infantry

If zombie strat is meta I'm surprised US airborne isn't Zombie tier what with all it's 10 man squads that get shock and anti tank rocket launchers.
Think someone beat you as US airborne one time by just walking their men at you even before this patch (you also didn't have armoured recon and got sniped to death)
I cover this in the video. They get high quality infantry, but they don't get the fire support to deal with enemy zombie horde. I've still put them as the 9th best division in the game out of 20

If anything maybe mention price changes and let people look at them on waryes as well as highlight particular changes that have a huge impact if you want to cut down the time on these?
One thing about the flame weapons... Yeah HE and suppression shock is nerfed, but the fire mechanic forces the victim to move and not shoot back so fire weapons are still a brutal asset for clearing things out.
Maybe not great for tournament style play, but i prefer realism so slower inf heavy play ia perfect. Also arty will kill "zombie" hoards but in combined arms actions.
Russian tanks need their reverse speeds changed to real life slugs and optics on western tanks need buffing.
Down with starcraft arcade "all the same" balance and down with basing stats on delusional russian disinformation propaganda on how good they "say" their weapons are compared to how they actually are. 😂

@@hippiehippiehippiehippieTrue and I play both sides, but that's what their reverse speed is... It's a key characteristic of the tanks and the Devs have removed it instead of using points to balance. It's marketed on the steam sales page as a realistic strat game.
Like... The Challenger tank moves slow and also does in game, that's annoying so why not just make it move super fast to remove that annoyance? Keep doing that and you have Starcraft arcade "balance".

4 spetsnaz, 2 desantniki with shortrange antitank, 2 konkurses, 2 30mm ags, 2 12,7 machineguns, 3 antiair igla + skrezhet, 1 aa mig29, 1 recon mi-24k - my start to deal with zomby hordes with 35th. second wave is supplies for aa and atgs, refuel spetsnaz for second wave, then more helicopters. even figured out how to push them in towns. 2 ka-50 and 2 mi-24 are sheading zombies to pieces
