Stomach has plenty gas and content of liquid on this video which makes it difficult to visualize pancreas.
What is your recommendations for the patient how long he has to fast to get ready for ultrasound examination??
We also know that duodenum wrapped around head of the pancreas that is another challenge if gas in the bowels. So what diet would you recommend for patients and how many hours they need to keep duet.48 hours are too long??
