So cool, I was ask to do wall murial but suggested do it on wood, I never done art on wood but surely going to give it bash... If any tips let me know...
Hey man! So, it depends on the medium you will be using. I use watercolor. I do not prep the wood before applying paint. I could, but I dont. However, different types of paint require different preparation. For example, if you use acrylic, you might want to apply a few coats of gesso. This will help the paint adhere to the surface better. I've never worked with oil so I'm not too sure on that one. Just be sure to do a bit research on the medium you will be using, to obtain the best results. I hope this helps a bit. Best of luck man!!

What type of wood you use
I like to use poplar.
Valla que si es talentoso!!!
These are some super dope pieces!!! About to watch them all lol. Do you ever do epoxy resin pour as a finish?
Hey, thank you so much. No I have not....yet. I definitely want to learn.
Epoxy definitely would make this glow a whole lot. It gives it a glossier finish while protecting the piece as well
Awesome piece a kid buu or pokemon
Thank you! I have a Kid Buu piece on the channel. Feel free to check it out!
Do you know how to make the witcher
This is 🔥🔥 I just started Pyrography what do you think is the best tip for tracing 🤔.
Thanks man! Just take your time and use consistent pressure.
Do u ever add resin on top ?
No, I have yet to work with epoxy.
Is there a preference in the wood you use for your work?
For a piece like this, I like to use poplar wood.
This is an amazing piece! I love how you thought out every part. I think you should do Tanjiro with his mask on his head.
Thank you! Maybe in the near future I will!
9:28 what is this blue thing on your finger? Something to protect you from the heat created from the pyropen? 🤔
Yes, that's exactly what it is haha. I'm not sure of the name of the product.
