This is my first Pullip face out, so let me know how I did. I am pretty excited to do more repaints, so I will keep you guys updated! I wanna make my own character as well, so more research to do!!
Materials right below:
Sand Paper 600 to 800 grit
Sealants : Mr. Super Clear (MSC) or Krylon's Matte Finish
Watercolor pencils: Faber Castle
Chalk Pastels
Brushes
White paint
Gloss varnish

Is this a coincidence? You release your repaint video and reveals that you've named her Evangelion on the same day I found my first Neon Gesis Evangelion manga in primary condition on a secondhand store xD
She became even beautiful~! I really like her red eyeshadow, her bold eyeliner and the little blood detail on her lips

Be careful with MSC on Pullips face! Some people had problems with the new bottles of MSC because the changed the composition of the product! After a few months the product started to make bubbles on the faces...
+PonyDoll You are right! I noticed he has the matt finish and that is the one people seemed to have issues with recently. I guess it depends when it was manufactured, but to be safe, people have now been using UV Cut flat instead. Definitely research this topic, because some popular customizers had issues with the faceups (they would crack after some time).
+PonyDoll I think that happens when it is really cold and if you dont shake it well first. It has happened to me in winter, but they were not drastic. They just need to be really shaken up hehe

Heterochromia is a gorgeous mutation tbh
my dog has heterochromia! One eye is hazel and the other is blue.
You can also use alcohol to erase the paint on her face. My Pullip was badly (VERY badly, it was "customized" for someone else) painted, and I had to remove damaged acrylic. Alcohol worked like a charm for me, and didn't damage the plastic. I didn't have to sand her.
Is it just me but don't you think one day Hextian will have a company which make better detailed dolls than Mattel ( don't get me wrong I like Mattel but there work cannot beat hextians amazing art).
By the ways I love your videos HeXtian I have watche all your videos and have always be impressed of you immaculate drawings on the doll.😃😃😃😃😀😀😃😀😃😀😃😀😃😄

Oh, I thought that was going to be an Evangelion doll. I like the repaint though, she looks way scarier than the original.

I really liked the 'softer' look she had before you started to draw the eyeliner on, it'd be really cool to see you customise a doll like that ^^ But of course, no matter how you customise a doll I'll always love it :p
