Just made it. Although it looks very cool,there are few things I don't like.
You gonna only use like half of raspberry gel and half matcha gel. It's to much for this cake. Also I used agar agar according to the recepie and both of gels were to hard when they set. Couldn't even blend it.
And granola base is to crunchy and to hard to eat it with the fork.
This recepie is for an advanced person that can improvise if something goes as not expected. And it will

I hope that Bruno comes back, no compromise, the more difficult the better, that's what this channel is about!
