Hi Guys, Thanks, it's good to be back out again.. even with man flu.. The film is still currently processing into 4k so the quality will get better... watch back later as I was really please with the quality on this one.. Thanks for watching again!!
@@crag_mavericks The dynamic range is great and the slow motion sequences are silky smooth. Judging by the colour science I'd bet a pint it was filmed on a canon. Sadly I can stream on 4k due to rural WiFi but the 1080 is top quality
Thanks for your comments, I’m really pleased you like the footage as I do spend an amount of time colour grading and trying to get things looking as good as possible… you owe me a pint though… for the ‘normal’ filming I use a GoPro hero 10 filmed flat and for other bits I use a LUMIX GH6 filmed in Vlog.. 👍🏻
My best memory of Rydal Water is walking there with my wife & family, back when our (daft) dog was still alive. It was the first Lakes holiday we'd taken him on, and he absolutely loved it. He liked to paddle in water of all kinds and Rydal Water was no exception. He spotted little fish swimming in the water and stook his entire head into and under the water just to watch them. It was only when the stupid mutt realised he couldn't breathe that he came up for air. (Miss you Max!)
Hi Dave, Thanks so much for the message. I bet you had some fabulous times with Max ❤️🐶. We have a proper menagerie of dogs here from our daughters Boarder Terrier 'Gin' who sometimes comes along with us on our walks to my bestest oldest mate Ted who's a 14 year old black lab.. He's struggling nowadays and I'm not sure what I'll do when the time comes... But going back to Max... we have a cocker spaniel who is as daft as a brush.. now he sticks his head in the water and it doesn't matter wether it's Rydal Water or a bucket of water.. he just gets his head right in there.. 🤷🏼♂️ as daft as his owner I suppose... 😂 We love then all the same and we will never forget them when they pass but we will always have the memories.. Thanks so much for watching & keep tuned.. 🙏
Hi Sean, Yeah this is a great walk for the girls. Although we didn’t go.. Rydal Cave is interesting which is just off the path where we started.. And also at Rydal Hall in the gardens there is a tiny little viewing house called ‘The Grott’ which looks over the lower waterfalls.. the girls will love that… 👍🏻👍🏻
Thanks, my favourite walk when used to live in Rydal when a teenager
Thanks for watching Graham, We never get bored of that walk.
@@crag_mavericks Fantastic views over Rydal for sure
There's no such thing as an awful day in the lakes, I ❤ the lakes.
So good to see you guys back and really like the new style graphics for 2023
