Also, use retinol based products and moisturizers that contain “plumping” agents such as hyaluronic acid. I personally use lavender oil, tea tree oil, orange oil, and shea butter on my face as well. I am 45 years old and not even God believes that. Exercise is also good for the skin because the sweat can help to turn over dead skin cells, assuming you wash your face. Don’t smoke either. It ages you. Sleep well. It makes you look more youthful if you’re over 40.
