Chisa Yelling - recreates a scene from Love Letter (1995) Japanese movie where characters husband is lost and never found in a snowstorm in the mountains. She goes there to yell out to him "How are you?". She replies to the echo. "I'm doing fine.", knowing the echo is the only response she will ever get.
Girls crying - they surprise each of them with a video message from their family who they really have not seen for 5+ years during their training.

Yes they did a lot of layering on this song. Simon posted the vocal distribution for this song on his Instagram. He most likely got tired of all the wrong lyric videos lol.
