    Learn "pistol squats" ☝🏼

Hey Shane, I have a question that I asked on another video, but haven't really received an answer for. I was wondering if you could help with it please.
If you do these kicks in mma, and you are tired so your kick is not as swift as it should be, how do you recover to defend against a takedown. I know that when you kick, it's good to keep your hands and arms in positions where you don't get counter-punched, but about someone like gsp or khabib where they would go for that takedown? (if your answer is in the vid, sorry i hadn't watched it before posting this lol)
