I solved it baking the bezier curve, the ellipse and both 3 point archs, then using the native command of rhino sweep 2 and selecting the first two elements and after the 3 point archs.
Yo lo resolví haciendo bake a la curva de bezier, la elipse y ambos arcos de 3 puntos, despues con el comando nativo de Rhino sweep 2 hice la superficie y continue con el tutorial.
