You’re welcome! I haven’t come across too many differences between the Genesis cores, but I do like PicoDrive since it’ll let me play the SEGA CD games from my flash drive. It really is personal preference, on this one I think, and I see a lot of folks running Plus GX.
You’re totally right, there is indeed! The setup is a little bit different, and the file transfer process is a slightly more complicated, but it’s certainly possible!

where can i get the sega cd bios files i do not have that folder :(
