Greetings from Russia! Forgive me for my English! You had no problems with the coordinates in marmoset. In the process, they got lost, and any imported OBG had different coordinates. I hope you understand what I mean!))

You could just use sharp edges instead of adding additional geometry for those visible triangle issue on normal map

you don't have to explode your mesh for baking in marmoset. you can just apply different material for different meshes
