Except for you you are awesome at this and the Toyota Supra is crazy hard to drive. thank you for showing us a how sega touring car can actually be freaking awesome!!
SEGA really shat the bed with Dayona'nt to be honest. I don't even hate the controls, they just don't work with the speed they were trying to pull off and the maps that don't accommodate for both of these things at once.
I bought the game in February 1999, and it was a very enjoyable and fun game that was worth more than the price I paid. 😄😁😂 I remember extracting and listening to various music from the folder where the music tracks and sound effects were organized separately, and using the Windows OS sound effects as replacements among the sound effects...😉😊 I couldn't help but love Sega... 💕💕 and Sega Rally 2 was so much fun. 😘 Thank you for the video that brought back old memories. 🙏🙇 Always stay healthy~!!! 👍 🍀💐
I need to find this emulator... I miss this game. I have the pc disc but it doesn't work simply because that's not how CDs run anymore in computers. ( the CD needs a direct analog speaker out to play) As in I have the game which is kind of like a Sega Saturn port for the PC but I don't have the soundtrack. which is half the damn game!!!!
@@The_Prizessin_der_Verurteilung to be more clear, the game plays but I don't get the soundtrack. And I feel like the sound track is most of the games experience. Now I was doing this on windows 7 and xp on a virtual machine, haven't tried it yet on windows 10 or 11. But if that gives me the full experience that would be great.
Model 2 is 100% best way to experience STCC. Unfortunately the PC and Saturn ports were very poor quality visuals. On Model 2… its exactly as it was intended. Scud Race… another corker!

Saturn version was an abomination of a conversion. Shocking

I was lucky enough to play this on the deluxe cabinet. Boy did SEGA really screw up the home ports
Did you heard the loud sound of Supra at third stage while turning?
It's a bug with the emulator. It will sometimes makes certain sound effects play a lot louder between stage to stage.
They have it at Boomers! in Irvine, CA.

Yours don't work? Mine work fine on Windows 10, been playing SEGA Rally Championship 95 on PC CD no problem lately, that and Colin McRae Rally.

this is actually based on the 1996 version: the cars are all from the 1996 DTM season (apart from supra which is from the 1996 JGTC)

I know some people dislike the saturn version because of the controls
The default controls on Arcade version were just as bad and twitchy but at least you can calibrate controls in test mode.

Good game. But it's very hard though. The controls are quite stiff.
