I have a question. I am designing some aluminum (6061 AL) parts. I am confused about the mass that creo calculates. The mass i get is in lbm. I know that to convert mass to weight you must multiply by gravity ; when i multiply by 32.2, the answer that I get is too large. Is the "mass" that creo calculates actually weight? If i had the parts on hand and i put them on a scale, would the weight i get be the mass that creo calculates?

1 lbm produces 1 lbf. a lbf is related to the unit of mass the slug, and a lbm is 1/32.17 of a slug. This way, the weight in lbf and mass in lbm are identical numerically.

Hieee.. Thankyou very much for your video.. I wanted to ask is it also possible to show MOI , centroid and Area in CREO drawing ...which keeps on updating the values automatically on changing the actual model dimensions.
    Thankyou in advance
